Upgrade your ride with TechMoto’s custom adapter, designed to let you mount your Quad Lock setup directly onto your Garmin Zumo XT charging cradle when you’re not using your GPS.
Why We Created It
We designed this adapter with two key goals in mind:
Safety First – On long rides, we recommend using a dedicated GPS and keeping your phone in your pocket or another secure spot. That way, if you’re separated from your bike in an accident, your phone stays with you and remains accessible.
Less Clutter, More Comfort – After a day of ADV riding, three active screens (including your TFT) can be overkill. Many riders prefer Waze or Google Maps for live traffic updates. By moving your phone to the GPS mount, you keep it in your direct line of sight for safer, more ergonomic navigation.
Simple Installation
-Attach the Quad Lock 360 Lever to the TechMoto adapter in your preferred orientation, using the M5 screw supplied by Quad Lock.
-Mount the assembled adapter to your Zumo XT cradle just as you would your GPS, then attach your phone to the Quad Lock 360 Lever as usual.
-We include a stainless steel nylock nut to secure the M5 screw for a solid, vibration-resistant fit.
