Shipping Policy
Primary Carriers
Our products are shipped locally using a service called ChitChats. In Canada, the shipment is transferred to Canada Post, and in the United States to USPS, for final delivery. In the rest of the world, the shipment is sorted by Asendia USA and then transferred to your local mail service. Tracking is available directly on our website located on our tracking page. If you would like to use a different carrier, or have any questions, Please contact us for any further information.
Local pickup
Local riders in the Simcoe County may want to pick up their orders. We do offer LOCAL PICKUP services and you may pick up your order in Cookstown, Ontario. Please contact us at sales@techmoto.ca for more information before placing your order.
Garmin Electronics & Accessory Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on Garmin GPS and Satellite products in Canada only via Purolator. These products are not in our inventory and are shipped directly to you from the supplier, depending on their inventory. Any additional TechMoto accessories added to cart will be shipped from our production location at our normal rates.
3D Turnaround times
Although we are print on demand, average production time can be up to 4 business days depending on stock and printer status. You will receive a tracking number when your label has been created and is ready for shipping. Orders are dropped off for shipping twice a week to our carrier.
Incorrect addresses
Please check that your shipping details are entered correctly. Incorrect addresses will be subject to an administration fee set by the courier. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Bulk Order Shipping
Since our rates are based on small and lightweight items, bulk order rates must be custom quoted due to larger box sizes. Please contact us for bulk orders and we will manually enter your sale. We welcome riding clubs and offer reduced rates on group orders.
